the room was well, equipped with a fan for additional comfort, but it lacked certain luxury amenities like express check, in/out or an exclusive VIP service. the 24, hour reception and security contributed to a sense of safety and service availability. While the staff's politeness and willingness to assist were commendable, the overall value proposition of the hotel could be enhanced by adding more upscale features for a touch of luxury. Despite this, the cleanliness and warm ambiance of the room were noteworthy, making it a satisfactory choice for my stay in Hamburg. For travelers seeking a practical and well, located accommodation with a friendly atmosphere, Hotel City Meetpoint offers a decent option at a reasonable price point.
